Is one session really enough to solve my problem?
Yes — many clients experience powerful shifts after just one session.
That’s because we go straight to the subconscious, where real patterns live.
To support the change, I’ll send you a personalized 10–15 min audio, created during our session.
You’ll listen to it regularly after and that’s where the long-term magic really settles in.
Can I be hypnotized at all? What if it “doesn’t work” on me?
Hypnosis isn’t something that “happens to you.”
It’s a natural state you enter every day — like when you’re deeply focused or drifting before sleep.
In session, we just use that state with intention.
You don’t need to be “suggestible” — just willing to be present and open.
What if I fall asleep during the session or audio?
That’s okay. Your subconscious stays active even if your body deeply relaxes.
But most people stay aware — just calm and inward.
This isn’t sleep. It’s a focused rest — where the real shifts happen.
What if I don’t know what’s wrong, I just feel… off?
That’s totally normal.
You don’t need a perfect question or diagnosis.

Do you work with confidence issues or public speaking fear?

What about phobias?
From fear of flying to escalators or insects — phobias are incredibly common, and respond beautifully to hypnotherapy.

Will you make me cluck like a chicken? Or do anything weird?
Nope. Hypnotherapy isn’t a stage show. You’ll stay fully conscious and in control the entire time.
Nothing happens without your awareness — and no one can “make” you do anything against your will.
This is gentle work, built on trust. You’ll feel relaxed, focused, and safe, but always yourself.
